A Journey Back To Eden
Meet The Founder
My name is Queenie, the founder of The Edenic Guild. My journey is deeply rooted in the spiritual legacy passed down through my grandfather, Rev. L.W. Seward, whose wisdom and devotion to the True Vine, his beloved church in Rockford, IL, shaped the very essence of who I am.True Vine was more than a place of worship—it was a wellspring of divine wisdom, love, and community. It planted seeds in my heart long before I knew what they would become, teaching me that nurturing community is also nurturing the soul.
How The Edenic Guild Came About: The Edenic Guild was born from ancestral prayers and divine purpose. It is the living extension of my spiritual lineage, nurtured by the teachings of the True Vine and fueled by my desire to create a sanctuary for healing, sustainability, and spiritual connection. This isn’t just a farm; it’s a sacred space where community gathers, hearts are restored, and the earth is honored.
Before The Edenic Guild, I poured my heart into LushLife Vegan Bakery, which I owned from 2017 until December 2020. LushLife wasn’t just a bakery—it was a labor of love, a space where I connected with customers nationwide through plant-based creations that nourished both body and spirit. The bakery thrived until the challenges of COVID-19 led to its closure. While it was heartbreaking to close that chapter, it planted new seeds in me—seeds that would grow into The Edenic Guild.
I moved to Madison, Wisconsin, in 2012, seeking new beginnings. However, my journey here was not without its challenges. I experienced homelessness, and if it weren’t for the program The Road Home Dane County, which provided me with the foundation of stable housing, I would have never been able to truly take root here. Their support gave me the stability to grow, heal, and eventually bring both LushLife and The Edenic Guild to life.
Madison is more than just the place where The Edenic Guild takes root—it’s part of my story. The vibrant energy of this city, with its rich connection to the land and diverse communities, inspires my mission to cultivate not just crops, but connections. Here, I am building a self-sustaining sanctuary with a greenhouse, a small farm store, spaces for spiritual retreats, and a walking labyrinth for reflection and meditation.
At The Edenic Guild, I am dedicated to cultivating organic, sustainable food that nourishes both body and spirit.

This journey is not mine alone. The Edenic Guild is a collective calling, and I invite you to walk with me. Whether through support, participation, or simply sharing in my vision, you are part of this sacred work.
Rooted in Source, Flourishing in Unity.
